Pricing Policy
WBA's commitment to its customers is to price its activities, services, retail and rentals reasonably & fairly. WBA is a member of the Better Business Bureau Hawaii, the Hawaii Hotel & Lodging Association, Retail Merchant of Hawaii and the Hilton Hawaiian Village Spa & Beach Resort Merchants Committee.
Pricing for Groups and Events
WBA can provide event packages at a special price for large groups. WBA's Event Managers can usually fine tune and event budget to fit the size of the event and the sponsors budget. WBA has a great deal of experience providing event packages conducted on Duke Kahanamoku Beach/Waikiki. Typical events include the popular "Hang Loose Beach Parties" and "Pickup Beach Volley Ball Games." Group event pricing can be provided and pricing on a per person basis.
Hawaii State Dept. of Land and Natural Resources Approvals and Permits
WBA can also secure on behalf of the event sponsor the sometimes required State of Hawaii Right of Entry Beach Permit. WBA's professional staff includes; Beach Event Manager, Lifeguards. Labor is priced to the size of event.
- State of Hawaii Permit (required) / 10¢ per sq. ft. per day for beach area
- State Officer / Prices to size of event
- Insurance / $1 Million limit appr. $300.00 per day
- Lifeguards, umpires, HPD Officers and other labor / Priced to size of event
- WBA will provide a beach manager / $150.00
- Activity Areas / Volleyball court (nets, balls and boundaries) / $400.00
Equipment
WBA can provide most of the equipment needed for an event including: beach umbrellas, beach chairs, chaise lounges, paddle cats/aqua cycles, 2 person kayaks, mask, snorkel & fin sets, boogie boards, air mattresses, volley ball set up, tents and live entertainment. Pricing can also be provided on a per person basis.
Management Fee
15% management fee added to final cost of each event. |
