We are just changing the name of our session from "SUP yoga" to "SUP Fitness" to welcome all fitness enthusiasts, levels, and workout varieties!!
Come join us on board for a fun and unique outdoor activity!!!
Learn how to stand up paddle board ( SUP) with us at our exclusive and peaceful Hilton Hawaiian Village lagoon! Then try our gentle workout routine and your favorite poses while balancing on the board, on our "floating mats" at our "floating outdoor gym"!!!
It's the best way to enjoy Hawaii with your family and friends!
All skill levels welcome ( kids ages 8 years old and up).
Daily Group Classes (90 minute class)
This is a 90 minutes session, including a mini stand up paddle boarding lesson. We start with a fun stand up paddling warm up transitioning to gentle stretching sequences and progressing into fun balancing poses! And "power nap"/ relaxing time at the end of the session!
Yes! Falling off board and splashing in the water is part of it, it's also cooling and refreshing!!! Strike your favorite poses and smile for picture!

Schedule: SUP Fitness classes are offered every day except Sunday (8:30am-10:00am, check in by 8:15am, RSVP 24 hours)
Where: Hilton Hawaiian Village Lagoon Stand (Check in is by 8:15am
Cost: $75.00 per person*
Note: All participants must be able to swim. Ages 8 years and older
What to wear: comfortable fitness clothing or swimming suit;
What to bring: hat, sunglasses, sunblock, towel / hotel towel card(if staying at Hilton), and cash/credit card for locker rental for your personal valuables.

Try a unique way to experience Hawai'i while enjoying the perfect workout for your body, mind and soul!
If you like to stay active during your vacation and at the same time enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful Hawaii, come join our "floating studio" on our "water gym" right here at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Lagoon!
Enjoy the beauty of the lagoon with this unique total body workout. Like a regular yoga class, Stand Up Paddleboard Fitness incorporates back bending, and even inversions if you're up to the challenge. It's a total body workout in which you unconsciously engage even more of your core in order to stabilize the board and stay in balance.
So it's the best of both worlds. Combine the grace and precision with the fun and exercise of Stand Up Paddling. You'll challenge your body and your mind as you blend two disciplines into one -- all in the beautiful setting of our serene lagoon.

1.5 hour class for 1 person $174.00 per person
1.5 hour class for 2 people $125.00 per person
1.5 hour class for 3-10 people $100.00 per person
Note: All participants must be able to swim. Ages 8 years and older
Daily private sessions for group, family/friends, special events/celebrations and corporate events available. Sunset classes available for private groups and especial events.
- 48 hours notice is mandatory.
Reservation required for all sessions. Class time/date subject to change. Cancelation policy 24 hours in advance.
* Hawaii State GE Tax (4.712%) will be added to all prices listed above. All prices subject to change.
* Taxes and Gratuity not included in prices listed
