1) Equipment Rental Questions
Unfortunately, due to City and County ordinance we are not allowed to "pre-sell" the chairs and umbrella rental. They are available on a day to day basis and therefore, we do not have a weekly or multi-day rate.
For any rental equipment, children and adults who have not learned to swim or are uncomfortable in the water, we recommend, for their safety, not to use the equipment.
We do not rent wet suits and unfortunately we do not know of a place where guest can rent them.
Unfortunately, we do not rent masks and snorkels, the only thing we rent is the fins. We do sell mask and snorkel sets for about $25. If you are interested, please stop by our Waikiki Beach Activity stands on the Beach or Lagoon to purchase.
Chair and umbrella rental is open for the general public, not just for Hilton guest.
We do have a limited inventory of surf boards and once in a while when the surf in good we do run out.
Our beach chairs are rented on a daily basis, unfortunately due to City and County ordinance, we cannot rent chair on a weekly basis. We do have an ample supply of chair so we do not run out.

2) Stand Up Paddling (SUP) Questions
In order to make the reservation we do need to collect payment in advacne1 to make a reservation. Please fill out our online reservation form.
Our SUP are available on a first come first serve basis and cannot be reserved, but we do have ample inventory that we do not usually run out. Please stop by our Waikiki Beach Activities stand at the Lagoon or the Beach to sign up.
Our SUP Yoga instructor, Yumi can speak Japanese so you have nothing to worry.
The Ocean Safari SUP tours is only for people who already know how to do Stand Up Paddle boarding and is not for beginners. The tour goes out of the beach at the Hilton Hawaiian village and goes to the Ala Wai Harbor and towards Waikiki.
We do not have a daily nor weekly rate. We only have a 1 hr rate for our SUP board rentals and it is on a first come first serve basis at our Lagoon stand which opens at 9:30am.
SUP Lessons are open to the public BUT there is no reservations required.
SUP yoga includes all the equipment: the board, the paddle, the anchor and towels after the class. What to bring: sunblock, hat, sunglasses, water to drink after class.
Our SUP lessons is more of an SUP rental, you will receive a basic lesson on how to use the SUP, and then you are on your own. Our SUP are restricted to the Dukes Lagoon at the Hilton Hawaiian Village for safety reasons. You can rent the SUP for 1 or 2 hours. The SUP lesson are provided by a first come first basis so there is no reservations, but we do have adequate inventory so the wait is usually not that long so please stop by our Waikiki Beach Activity stand at the Beach or Lagoon to sign up.
The Ocean Safari SUP tour is only for experienced SUP riders as it will require rigorous paddling condition in the ocean and subject to surf, wind, and currents.

3) Catamaran Tours Questions
Unfortunately, our catamaran is not wheelchair accessible.
We do not provide transportation so you will have to find your own way to the Hilton Hawaiian Village?
Unfortunately, our catamaran does not operate on Thanksgiving and Christmas day.

4) Surf Lessons Questions
The rates for the surf board rental is as follows: 2 hours $45.00, 1 day $65, 2 day $85, 3 day $120, 4 day $140, and 5 day $170. These rates subject to change. Please visit our surf lesson page to get latest prices/details.

5) Canoe Tours Questions
Unfortunately there is a minimum of 4 passengers required for canoe tour in order to make a reservation, but if you do have 4 passengers we will gladly make a reservation for that as well.

Port Waikiki Cruises
We have 2 rental stands - Beach and Lagoon. Their hours are listed below -

Beach Stand (Located ocean front) - Hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Chaise Lounges and Umbrellas are rented here to be placed on the beach. Rentals are daily and will be collected from the beach around 4:00 pm (please check with your beach stand staff to get the correct time as it may vary) It is a state beach so you will need to come down each day to rent your chaise lounges and umbrellas. Once rented you will then be set up on the beach. Chaise lounges are $18.00 a day and umbrellas are $34.00 a day. These prices are subject to our state tax of 4.712%.

Lagoon Stand (Located at the Lagoon near the Lagoon Greens) - Hours are from 9:30 am to Dusk with last water toy equipment rented between 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm depending on the season. Chaise lounges and Umbrellas are rented here to be placed at the Lagoon. Prices for these are the same as the beach. Kayak and Pedal boat rentals are hourly at $45.80 an hour. Aqua Bike rentals are hourly from $50.80 an hour. Stand Up Paddle Board lesson/rentals are hourly from $43.80 an hour. All of these prices are subject to our state tax of 4.712%.

All rentals are first come first serve so please visit our beach or lagoon stand to start your day of relaxation.

8) General Questions
Hilton does have a lost and found. Lost and found at the Hilton is either security or the Manager on Duty desk.
We provide validation for 4 hours if you self park at the Hilton parking structure for our catamaran boat tour customers.
