Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga (SUP Yoga)

If you like to stay active during your vacation and at the same time enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful Hawaii, come join our "floating studio" on our "water gym" right here at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Lagoon!
Enjoy the beauty of the lagoon and achieve a state of zen, with this unique total body workout. Like a regular yoga class, Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga incorporates breath work, sun salutations, back bending, and even inversions if you're up to the challenge. It's a total body workout in which you unconsciously engage even more of your core in order to stabilize the board and stay in balance.
So it's the best of both worlds. Combine the grace and precision of Yoga with the fun and exercise of Stand Up Paddling. You'll challenge your body and your mind as you blend two disciplines into one -- all in the beautiful setting of our serene lagoon.
Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga (SUP Yoga)
this is a 90 minutes session where we teach you how to paddle board first. We start the session with a gentle paddling warm up to get comfortable on the board; after the warm up we anchor the boards and we start our yoga session on our "floating mats" with a few stretches and movements connecting with our breath. This class starts with basic Hatha yoga poses flowing into more intermediate / advanced pose variations depending on each individual's level. All level welcome, beginners to advanced.
Schedule: SUP Yoga sessions every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturdays 8:30am-10:00am (check in by 8:15am, RSVP 24 hours)
Cost: $59.00 per person
Stand Up Paddleboard Fitness (SUP Fitness)
This is a more intense workout on the board. This is a 75 minutes session and we also teach you how to paddle board. We start with a paddling cardio warm up, followed by few stretches and moving into balancing and core strength exercises. We will offer variations throughout the class, so every level is welcome to join. Some of the exercises we will be doing on board are: squats, planks, push ups , sit-ups , burpees ... all while maintaining your balance on the board! It's a challenging yet fun workout to try out at out "water gym"
Schedule: SUP Fitness sessions every Wednesday, Fridays 8:30am-9:45am, check in by 8:15am (RSVP 24 hours)
Cost: $59.00 per person
Private Classes/Private Groups
1.5 hour class for 1 person$150.00 per person
1.5 hour class for 2 people$100.00 per person
1.5 hour class for 3-4 people$80.00 per person
1.5 hour class 5-10 people$65.00 per person
Daily private sessions for group, family/friends, special events/celebrations and corporate events available. Sunset classes available for private groups and especial events. ( RSVP 48 hours)
Reservation required for all sessions. Class time/date subject to change. Cancelation policy 24 hours in advance.
* Hawaii State GE Tax (4.712%) will be added to all prices listed above.
